Individual coaching sessions explore the challenges in your relationships, lifestyle, and overall well-being. From there, we determine what tools and behavior shifts need to be implemented to lead a more connective life. Coaching is much different than therapy; it’s based in accountability, futuristic thinking, and goal-setting. Each week you will be given “homework” to work on - changing our beliefs starts with changing our behaviors.
