The Culture Roadmap Program

A Step-by-Step Process to Assess, Align, and Activate Your Workplace Culture

Culture Matters More to People than their Paycheck

In a recent Gallup study of U.S. employees who left their jobs, 37% cited workplace culture as the primary reason—far higher than the 16% who cited pay and benefits.

Healthy workplace culture doesn’t happen by accident; it’s built with intention. When it’s left to passively unfold, people become disengaged, misaligned, burdened with grievances, and eventually leave—with plenty to say.

I know, because I’ve been that person in my younger years. As both a former insider and a culture consultant, I’ve seen the same challenges play out in organizations again and again. But more importantly, I’ve also witnessed teams step up, find solutions, and create environments where people actually want to stay.

Change begins when people take ownership—shifting from waiting for someone else to fix things to doing the work, together, to make a difference.

Is Your Organization Showing These Signs?
Here's What I Am Seeing:

  • Low Trust in Leadership Decisions
Employees feel left out or question the decision-making process.

  • Communication Breakdowns
Unclear expectations, inconsistent messaging, or lack of forums to give/receive information.

  • Unhealthy Interpersonal Dynamics
Avoidance, gossip, or cliques instead of healthy boundaries and relationships.

  • Weak Onboarding/Offboarding
Missed opportunities to fully welcome new hires or honor departures.

  • Silos & Limited Collaboration
Teams work in isolation, making alignment and collaboration feel impossible.

  • Good Intentions Perception Gap
People may feel confident they’re adding to a positive culture, yet remain unaware of the underlying systems that sustain or weaken it.

The good news is that it's possible to build
a culture where people want to stay.

Who It’s For:

  • Newly formed culture committees or teams who need structure and momentum

  • Department or project teams tasked with improving workplace connection and morale

  • Leadership groups looking to align on culture priorities before rolling out initiatives

  • Organizations that want culture change to be more than a memo or website update

Testimonials:

"We have never had a methodical approach like this to not only uncover challenges, then do something about it.  There were dozens of a-ha moments! So grateful for this."

"Plain and simple - this was the best use of our committee's time ALL year."

"Having the chance to connect with people from different areas was refreshing, I never knew what their priorities were and this showed us the overlap and that we are all in this together."

Why it Works:

  • This is a structured, not stiff, process with a proven framework that keeps things moving without feeling rigid.

  • Inclusive by design. Everyone’s voice is heard, not just the people with the most power.

  • Built for action, not just talk. You leave with a roadmap you can actually implement...not just ideas.

  • I believe in the spirit of joy and levity - culture work should be fun! The Harvard Business Review even says it boosts creativity.
