About the event
Have you ever struggled to describe your workplace culture? That’s because culture is something we experience far more than we articulate. But like anything else, if you don’t name it, you can’t change it. And in most organizations, the biggest culture killers don’t show up on paper, they hide in ambiguity: Unclear expectations. Generic feedback. Elephants in the room. Left unnamed, these gaps fester into dysfunction. The same meetings. The same people problems. The same symptoms...but no path to address the root cause.
I believe, if you can name it, you can shape it, and ultimately, create a workplace people choose to stay in.
In this session, you’ll:
Examine the 3 forces shaping your culture: People, Process, and Productivity
Learn how to use 'naming' as a leadership tool to bring clarity
Walk away with a visceral description of your workplace culture -- for better or worse
Culture isn’t optional. It’s already shaping your team — the only question is how you’re shaping it back.
