Many mission-driven teams are full of people who care deeply about their work, but often feel disconnected from each other and the culture they're trying to build.
Lucy Lantis helps these organizations change that.
Through workshops, speaking, and training, she guides teams to connect more deeply to one another and to the values at the heart of their work.
Having lived and worked across four continents, Lucy brings a rare global lens to the very human question of connection and meaning, and she knows that when people feel truly seen within their organization, everything else flourishes.

KEYNOTE/WORKSHOP
The Work of Work:
Creating Cultures of Contributors
Trust is breaking down in today's workplaces, and it's costing organizations more than they realize. When it is missing, retention drops, performance suffers, and people quietly disengage. But here's what most leaders get wrong: they look for one person to fix it: The CEO...a culture champion...an over-achiever to save the day.
The truth is, culture isn't created by one person; it's a system built by all of us, through the small moments and everyday behaviors that shape how people feel at work. And yet, there's a paradox: culture does come down to one person...YOU. You don't need a big title, a manual, or permission to change the culture around you. Every conversation, every interaction, every choice to show up with intention, creates a ripple.
This high-energy, interactive keynote is an anthem and a pep talk for every single person in the room — equipping you with the tools to leave and contribute to your culture in a meaningful way, starting today.
Through story-rich insights, 1:1 conversations, and practical tools, participants will:
-
Learn about the three archetypes of people in every workplace and how to work with them
-
Discover two strategies to connect deeper with co-workers they only know on a surface level
-
Explore the #1 way to motivate people based on what they find meaningful
Story-Driven Leadership:
Excavating Your Innate Wisdom
Too many talented people are leading from pressure instead of authenticity: battling imposter syndrome, chasing an “executive presence” mold, and quietly questioning whether they belong in the rooms they’ve earned.
When leadership becomes cookie-cutter and performative, confidence wavers and people play small. In this interactive keynote, participants will uncover the personal stories that shape their resilience, competence, and strength.
Participants will learn how to:
-
Identify your top three leadership strengths from pivotal life and career stories that reveal your natural gifts.
-
Learn how to reframe and quiet imposter syndrome by anchoring your leadership identity in lived experience rather than external expectations.
-
Leverage story as a way to influence, communicating with authenticity and conviction instead of relying solely on data or adopting a cookie-cutter “executive presence.”
